Casita Cala Molí is located in the west of the island of Ibiza, very close to the bathing bay Cala Moli. The surrounding area is characterized by pine trees and vacation homes, in absolute tranquillity with fantastic views of the sea and sunsets. To Ibiza town and the airport it takes about 30 minutes by car, to the village of San Jose, with its variety of restaurants and stores it takes about 10 minutes by car. Beaches in the immediate vicinity include Cala Moli (5 minutes), Cala Tarida (10 minutes), Cala Conta (15 minutes) and Cala Vadella (10 minutes). The house has the charm of a summer house of the 70s and with its simplicity and fantastic sea views, as well as the proximity to the beach, is ideally suited as a vacation home at the Mediterranean Sea.

ACCESS AND PARKING
The access to the house is through an asphalted residential road. Parking is on the street from which a small path leads up to the house.

DISTRIBUTION
The house has a total built-up area of 125 m2 and is divided into two floors. On the upper floor, with a total of about 52 m2, there is a small living area with a fireplace and a small kitchen with a dining area. In front, there is a large sun terrace which is divided into two areas. On one side there is a covered dining area with a beautiful sea view and on the other side, there is an outdoor fireplace with a small sitting area. From the terrace, a staircase leads up to the spacious roof terrace, which invites you to relax and enjoy long summer evenings with friends and family.
A small spiral staircase leads to the lower level, about 73 m2 of living space, where the three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. Two double bedrooms face the sea and you have partial views of the water. In front of it is a small courtyard that invites you to linger. At the back of this floor, there is another bedroom, where three single beds can be placed. The bathrooms (one shower bath and one tub bath) are located separately, outside the bedrooms. Two separate toilets are also located on this floor.

EXTERIOR AREA
The 428 m2 plot is covered with pine trees and other Mediterranean robust plants. Many different terraces, the large roof terrace and several courtyards offer plenty of space to relax. There is a small platform near the house where you could place a pop-up pool or plan a small playground.

LOCATION, VIEW AND ORIENTATION
The property is located in the municipality of San Jose, on the west side of the island. The house is oriented to the northwest with an open view of the Mediterranean Sea and the sunset.

TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
The house is equipped with water and electricity from the public grid. The wastewater is collected in a modern septic tank, which was renewed in 2014. At the moment the house has no telephone or internet connection but this can be easily changed. The neighbouring houses have telephone/internet.
