Interior
This beautiful modern Finca has recently been completely renovated in Blakstad style. Villa Rumani consists of a main house and a separate guesthouse, both of which have 3 double bedrooms.
Via the entrance a beautiful open living room is reached with a fireplace, seating area and sliding doors with access to the terrace. Adjoining there is a second living room created which is used as a television room. The dining area has a spacious dining table and there is a modern kitchen with all modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, fridge and toaster. From here you can reach the terrace with pergola, outdoor kitchen, dining table and a spacious chill-out area.
The main house has a total of 3 lovely decorated bedrooms with double beds of 180×200 cm. Each bedroom is equipped with airconditioning and has its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and 2 bathrooms are equipped with a bath as well. The spacious master bedroom with luxury bathroom is located on the first floor and offers a walk-in closet and small balcony overlooking the garden.
The separate guesthouse exists of 2 floors, and all 3 bedrooms have their own entrance. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180×200 cm) and have a bathroom ensuite with shower, sink and toilet. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the 3rd bedroom is located on the first floor and has a spacious sun terrace with views over the valley.
Villa Rumani is beautifully situated and has a magnificent garden with palm trees and various lounge areas. Around the (heated on request) swimming pool (4×10 m) are various sun beds and there is also an outdoor shower. Next to the swimming pool is a lovely outdoor dining area located with a very spacious table. Around the villa are various lounge areas and there is a covered barbecue area with dining area.
