This beautiful authentic finca is quietly located in the mountains of Benimussa. From here you can reach the village of San José within 3 minutes, and Ibiza town and the airport in about 15 minutes. The beautiful beaches such as Cala Vadella and Cala Tarida can be reached in about a 15 minute drive as well.
Interior
On the ground floor open living room with sitting area, separate kitchen and separate dining area with access to covered terrace.
– Through the living room the 1st bedroom can be reached with a single bed (80×190) with air conditioning, and in the same bedroom in a separate open space there is a second single bed (80×190).
– The 2nd bedroom offers two single beds (90×200) with air conditioning
– The 3rd bedroom with two single beds (90×200) with air conditioning
– Separate bathroom with bath, 2 sinks, bidet and toilet.
– Through the living room with the stairs up access to partially covered terrace with sitting area with views over the garden and hills of Benimussa.

– The 4th bedroom with double bed (150×200) with air conditioning.
At the front of the main house there is a garage which is equipped with pooltable, football and table tennis. Through the garden you can walk to the swimming pool (4×9) which has sunbeds around it. There is a covered terrace with dining area for 8 people. Bbq, sink and fridge and view to the garden.
