The small ans magical village of Es Cubells is near by and close to the sea. The popular pittoresk village of San José is only a 10 minute drive from the villa and the airport can be reached within a 20 minute drive. The beautiful beaches of Cala d’Hort and Cala Vadella can be reached within a 15 minute drive.
Interior
This beautiful villa offers a bright living room and a spacious kitchen, both with direct access to the covered terrace. The terrace offers a dining table and offers lovely sea view. This villa offers 4 double bedrooms, all equipped with their private bathroom. Each bedroom offers comfortale single beds (2×2 meters), airconditioning and built-in wardrobes. Three out of the 4 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, and 1 bathroom offers a bath.
Outside a lovely swimming pool can be found of 4×9 meters with a lot of space around it to enjoy the sun all day long. There is as well a covered lounge area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. This outside kitchen offers a BBQ, fridge and stove. This makes it the perfect place to stay around the pool all day long. Around the pool there are 8 sunbeds, 2 parasols and there is a toilet located next to the pool. The plot is completely fenced, there is an electric gate and there is parking space for around 4 cars.
