Can Willow is a lovely and fun family house, tastefully decorated and located in a quiet area of the island for a fun and relaxing vacation in the and just a few minutes by car from the village of San José and the nearby beaches
Interior
Recently renovated – all equipment is new and modern. Fully equipped kitchen. Nicely decorated and comfortable living room with TV and fireplace. The living room opens to the outside area with large sliding glass windows enjoying the view of the Ibiza valley and the sea. Two dining tables in the Villa – one inside the house for 6 people and a large one outside for 10+ people in covered terraces next to the pool and the BBQ area. The swimming pool area has plenty of space for lounging and outdoor games. There is an outdoor shower next to the BBQ area with various seating areas.
Through the living room all 3 bedrooms are accessible. The master bedroom has a double bed (200×200 cm) and a bathroom ensuite with shower, sink, and toilet. The master bathroom also has a separate entrance. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90×200 cm) and The 3rd bedroom is next to it with a double bed (180×200 cm). These two bedrooms share a fully modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The villa has a fourth room that is used as an office. The room has a large desk and large window with beautiful views of the garden.
Exterior
The villa is over 2000 square metres. The Villa, Pool and BBQ area are the same level allowing relaxing time lounging inside and outside the house with the family while enjoying the pool or having meals in the covered terrace.
Stairs take you down to the lower level of the property where there is a small field built to be able to play football or volleyball. Next to the playing field there is a ‘’chill out’’ area where the full family can enjoy day and night.
The villa is in a quiet area with totally clear views of the valley, mountains, and the sea. The garden is full of plants and trees that are native to Ibiza for a fully natural feel. There are Olive trees, lemon and orange trees, Jacaranda, Pomegranate, Mimosa trees and a variety of cacti across the garden providing a beautiful and natural setting for a fun and relaxing vacation.
