Location
This finca is located about 5 min. from the villages of Santa Eulalia and San Carlos and approximately 20 min. from Ibiza city.
Interior
In the main house you’ll find a spacious living area with a fire place and a separate dining area and separate fully equipped kitchen.
Around the house are beautifully landscaped terraces in sun and shade followed by a beautiful garden. The finca has a beautiful large swimming pool with a generous natural stone sun terrace, from where you have a magnificent view over the valley with the sea in the background.
There are 5 bedrooms in the main house:
- Single bedroom
- Triple bedroom with 3 single beds,
bedroom 1 and 2 share a separate bathroom. - Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom,
- Double bedroom
- Double bedroom, bedroom 4 and 5 share a separate bathroom.
The guesthouse has a living area with a fire place and a kitchen. From the terrace you have beautiful view of the valley.

Bedroom 7 and 8 share a separate bathroom.
