Location
The villa is located on 18 km of the aiport and 15 minutes from Ibiza Town. Within 5 minutes by car several beaches such as Cala Bassa, Cala Comte. In 20 minutes several bays such as Cala Tarida, Cala Carbo, Cala Vadella or the populair ones like Cala Yundal, Ses Salinas or Sa Caleta.
Interior
The villa is tastefully decorated and has a warm salon with tv, sofas and fireplace. The kitchen is apart and own terrace. Complete equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffeemachine (KRUPS), dishwasher and cooker. An dining table, perfect for breakfast and acces to an own terrace.
On the ground floor is a bathroom with shower for two bedrooms: One bedrooms with two single beds and one single room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed This bedroom has a walk in closet and balcony and not to forget ensuite bathroom with shower and bath.
Outside are 3 rooms more: Two are next to the house with private entrance: both with 2 single beds and own bathroom with shower. The last room is a small studio with double bed and bathroom with shower.
The villa has a beautiful garden with several lovely terraces where the sun can be enjoyed. Finally, this amazing villa a modern swimming pool with waterfall. All ingredients for great holiday.
