The villa enjoys a quiet location and offers beautiful views of the mountains, the sea and also magnificent sunsets.

This beautiful villa is completely renovated in 2017 and has now a modern Ibiza design.
Ground floor: The modern living area has a large lounge area, fireplace, tv cinema and sea view. From here there is direct access to the dining room, which is on split level. The dining room has a large dining table for 8 persons and has an open kitchen. The beautifully renovated kitchen with original details is fully equipped. This includes a large stove, double dishwasher, quooker, slow juicer and freshly filtered water that allows drinking from the tap.
On this floor is also the master bedroom. The master bedroom has beautiful sea views. Furthermore, it is equipped with a double bed and bathroom ensuite. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. This master bedroom also has an outdoor bath and double rain shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and also a sea view ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Ground floor: On this floor are the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. Both double bedrooms have 2 single beds and a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The swimming pool has sun beds and various terraces, including a sitting area with a fireplace. There is also a covered terrace with a dining table for 12 people. The villa has a large rooftop terrace with panoramic sea views and beautiful sunset. On the roof terrace there are several lounges and sunbeds, hammocks and a large dining table for 10 people with gas-bbq and fridge. There is also a nice outdoor shower and jacuzzi with sea view.
