This villa is located on one of the most beautiful spots on the island in Es Cubells. Magnificent panoramic views to the sea and Formentera gives you immediately the holiday feeling. From here the small town of Es Cubells is about a 2 minute drive and the authentic San José 10 minutes. The airport and Ibiza town are about a 20-25 minute drive.
Interior
This beautiful villa with breathtaking views offers a lot of privacy because it is spread over different levels. By the entrance the 1st floor is reached where 4 double bedrooms are located. The 1st double bedroom has a Kingsize bed of 180×200 cm with sea view and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom is shared with the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds of 90×200 cm and has a terrace with lovely sea view. The 3rd double bedroom has a double bed of 180×200 cm and a private bathroom with shower. This bedroom also has a terrace with a beautiful views of the sea. The 4th bedroom has a double bed of 180×200 cm and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a laundry room located on this floor, equipped with washing machine and dryer.
A beautiful terrace with lounge corner is reached with the stairs. Here is a spacious dining table and the covered terrace flows into the modern kitchen with XXL cooking island. Around the corner is the cozy living room with fireplace. Also on this floor is the 5th bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Via the stairs outside stairs the roof terrace can be reached with private swimming pool and private chiringuito. With beautiful panoramic views, this is the ideal place to relax with friends or family by the pool, drink cocktails in the rooftop bar, and enjoy lovely diners in the outdoor kitchen.
Exterior
The property has a beautiful garden with various chill-out areas. Right next to the entrance is a covered fitness room with a 5th bathroom. Higher up the mountain is a platform with beautiful views of Formentera and an outdoor fitness/yoga area of 50 m2. The plot is completely fenced and there is parking for 5 cars.
