Location
This outstanding villa of 450 m2 designed by a well known architect was completed in july 2006. It is unique because of its design and its situation just behind the monastery of Es Cubells within walking distance of the small village. It combines open and very bright spaces, enjoys various terraces and a lovely very private garden on a plot of 10.000 m2.
The villa is located in a quiet but not isolated area. The small, unspoilt village of Es Cubells has a supermarket and restaurants are in a walking distance. The popular town of San Jose, is just a few minutes drive, and Ibiza town at 15 minutes. The famous beaches of the island, Cala Jondal and Es Torrent, can be reached in a few minutes by car.
Interior
The interior of Can Tera is modern and warm with influences of many trips to Morocco and Asia. The doors are authentic and they come from Bali and Thailand. The dining table from Burma and the pillows and bedspreads from Morocco. The modern aspect comes from the chairs by Philippe Starck, the floors of gray micro cement. Furthermore, the lighting concept designed by the German architect Ingo Maurer. On the ground floor, there is an open living room, which is seven meters high and with a fireplace and a gallery.
In the adjoining fully equipped with kitchen appliances from Smeg and Miele. In the left wing on the ground floor there are two bedrooms each with private bathroom and a separate toilet. The master bedroom on the first floor also features a private bathroom and a fireplace. From the spacious terrace, which is equipped with leather cushions, one can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea as far as the island of Formentera. Outside on the terrace is the floor of beige stone and Asian banks combined with modern chairs of Gandia Blasco. The villa is equipped with an alarm system, security service, heating and air-conditioning.

Exterior: Beautifully landscaped garden with lawn around the pool area. Pool 15 x 4 meter. Several chill-out beds and covered terrace with dining table for 12 persons.
