The village of San Jose can be reached within 10 minutes and Ibiza Town within 20 minutes. Beaches as Cala Jundal, Cala D’Hort, Cala Carbo and Cala Vadella are all reached within 10 minutes.
Interieur
Can Vista Es Cubells is a Spanish villa with two floors, situated in a quiet area with stunning views over the sea and the island of Formentera. The ground floor consists a spacious living room with an adjoining dining area and kitchen. Patio doos in the living room give access to a covered terrace with a dining table. From the terrace is also a magnificent view.
On the ground floor you can also find two bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a double bed and bathroom ensuite. The bathroom ensuite has a shower, sink and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a separate bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
On the first floor the spacious master bedroom with its own terrace is found. The master bedroom has a double bed and private bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet.
From the covered terrace the swimming pool with sun beds is reached. The pool is fenced and adjoining there is also a lounge area and bbq.
