This beautiful finca is located in the quiet area of Santa Gertrudis. With a wide view over the valley, this villa is an oasis of tranquility. The authentic village of Santa Gertrudis has several restaurants, terraces and shops. From here Ibiza town and the airport are about a fifteen minute drive.
Interior
Mainhouse: This beautiful villa contains 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a large open kitchen, a living room with fireplace and a playroom. Downstairs there are 2 double bedrooms which share a bathroom.
Upstairs the 3rd and 4th bedroom can be found. Both are double bedrooms, one is equipped with a bathroom ensuite with shower and the other one has a separate bathroom with shower and bath. The 4th bedroom is as well equipped with a bathroom outside on the roof terrace. There is a walk-in shower, bath and washbasin.
Guesthouse: The guesthouse has a covered terrace, a kitchenette and a salon. Here is a bedroom, which both has a double bed and air conditioning. In the guesthouse there is a separate bathroom which has a shower, sink and toilet.
Outside: This renovated finca is fenced by a beautiful garden with swimming pool (9×4 m) with sunbeds. There is also a large covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ area and large dining table and seating area.
This villa offers the possibility only to rent the mainhouse (8 persons) or to rent the mainhouse with the guesthouse (12 persons).
