Villa Artistico is designed for luxury and comfort. It was inspired by many architects and many art objects. The villa offers both privacy and intimacy through the diversity of well-appointed rooms and spacious common areas throughout the villa. Location
The villa is very centrally located. The village of San Jose is only 5 minutes, 20 minutes to Ibiza town and the beaches of Cala Jondal, Cala Conta and Cala Vadella on 15 minutes. The villages of San Rafael and Santa Getrudis the best restaurants are in 10 to 20 minutes.
Interior
The villa is a modern living room with a stunning L-shaped (Capel Line) couch, a fireplace and on the wall a 42 “plasma TV with Sky TV, DVD player and an iPod compatible audio system with four DAS integrated speakers. The living room offers a spectacular view of the surrounding hills with olive and almond trees and a panoramic view of the harbor and the sea.
From the living room you can also enter to the balcony, pool and garden. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel industrial grade devices. The dining room leads to the outdoor terrace with 2 armchairs Minotti ponyskin where you can read or enjoy the sunset. The villa also has six fully furnished and decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a suite bathroom with a concrete bath and a rain shower for two. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and a bathroom en suite. Both bedrooms have a private balcony. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and shares bathroom with bedroom 4 which has got 2 single beds. The last two bedrooms share a bathroom and both have a 2 single beds. Next to the the main entrance is the garage with space for four cars and a large utility room which also has an 8 kg load washer and dryer.
