There are palm-lined lawns for kids to play on in addition to wide terraces where you can relax in the shade or enjoy an alfresco meal with friends. A wooden deck to the exterior of the house creates the ideal BBQ area with an extra dining space seating up to ten people. After you’ve had your fill of Ibizan sunshine cool off in the 13mx3.5m pool that extends the width of this property.
The comfy furnishings, bright pops of color and the magnificent pool and sea views soften the modern interiors of white walls and polished flooring. A nice and comfortable lounge is open to a spotless kitchen with a breakfast bar and garden views.
Each of the six bedrooms features a mix of sleek polished concrete accomponied by colorful furnishings and artworks. The four bedrooms in the main house all have advanced en-suite bathrooms. The guest house has two more double guest rooms with a shared bathroom.
