It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, big living/dining area with fireplace and access to the covered dining terrace and pool area.

– 1 double bedroom (160 x 200 bed) with en-suite bathroom.
– Tower: 1 double bedroom (180 x 200 bed), balcony, dressing room.
Guest Houses
– Apartment 1 (attached to the main house) with living area, double bedroom (180 x 200 bed), bathroom with shower and small outdoor dining area.
– Apartment 2 with living area, double bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR
Outside area with a lap pool (12 x 4 m.) and a standard pool (8 x 4 m.), BBQ area, chill out lounges, umbrellas, sunbeds and a large well-maintained garden where the breathtaking Ibiza sunsets can be enjoyed.
The villa is less than 5 minutes drive to the idyllic beaches of Cala d’Hort, Cala Carbo and Cala Vadella with excellent fish restaurants, shops and bars.
